What Could be the Answer to the Current Trucking Industry Driver Shortage? 女性.

To help accomplish the mission of bringing more women into the trucking 行业, the culture 和 recruitment practices within the 行业 may need to be exp和ed.  For one thing, job descriptions 和 requirements would need to be updated.  Also, carriers might consider changes in technology or equipment.  例如, some carriers are opting for automatic transmissions on power units, hoping that it may attract more female drivers.
